Automatic shift handle
A while back, I saw someone with a camaro and had a pontiac shift handle in it. I think it was one from potentially a GTP or a Sunfire. It was the one with the button on the front. I really like the look of this handle. would someone be able to tell me if it would fit onto my stock shifter? i have a 91 camaro. the one i have on it just has the staple at the front. thank you for your help.

Go to the junkyard, grab one .. and try it out .. .at home.. or at the junkyard, or find a buddy who has one
I can't even remember where my shifter handle and ebrake handle came from
I just know I got quite a few of both

I was glad to get one off an 84ish celebrity that was getting parted out in my tech class. fits great and matches the interior design.

Couple of hints: use black shoe polish to match the leather of the shift **** up with the interior. Also I painted the grey detent button on the front with semi gloss acryllic testor's paint. Really improves the appearance.

funny I stumble upon this thread I actually went to the junk yard this afternoon and picked one of these up. I think mine came off a bounaville (sp?), but I saw a few of them on grand prix's, sunfire's and other pontiacs. I havn't put it on yet because my car is in storage but I'm sure it should fit just fine.

I just went with T shape handles instead. Got another one laying around, which I have to modify or find extra parts for though, since it came from a 240Z if I remember correctly. But it matches the Cadillac pedals I'm going to use.
