Answering a couple questions that were asked above, I have not cut out the seat belt holes for the retractors yet. That area has a little bit of pillow or wrinkles but nit bad and I expect it to smooth out when I cut the holes for the seat belts and put their trim back on. I have another Camaro that I was looking at how those holes are cut and am planning to duplicate the way they did it. Alll and all it looked really good and I am happy with the results. It took me about 3-4 days taking my time including pulling the old one , shopping for materials, recovering it and replacing the new one and trim. I have yet to do the visors, that is my next project. I wanted to support the thing with them and see how it looked. So I will remove them one by one and recover them and re-install. I really don't think it will ever come down unless I pull it again someday.
I wouldn't really say much more that hasn't been said about the process if I wrote a new post, except use the orange 3M #74 glue. NOT THE # 77. Though I have never used the #77, I heard good and bad about it. Time will tell me if #74 is better so we'll see! Also just make any modifications you can by putting duct tape on the back wrapped edges to to support the glue back there from peeling.
I wrote a post in here about possibly laminating damaged boards in duct tape as well. Didn't get much responce. My board was ok and I didn't think of it untill I was finished. But it may help others so I posted the idea.
Thanks for all the good comments!

hmm, 74 eh? I used super77 I think, and it fell off about 4 months later (once I had it in the car).
So here's another for "super 77 ain't that great".
So now i'm going to try some lepage premium polyurethane adhesive. Supposed to bond foam.
You use any hot glue? That's good for the corners, and edges.

well I know super77 isn't recommended, says so on the can
I just couldn't find anything that says "ok for headliners"
see if you can find anything out, I think super90 might be it...

Man, I tried on my old Corsica and failed.
Tried it on my Camaro and failed.
I'm horrible when it comes to headliners... absolutely horrible.

The 74 Foam fast is the way to go...The 74 doesn’t absorb into the material like that 77 spray does which allows the 74 spray to cure better.
It’s a cloth headliner right?

Thanks 350 Kid, Yes Maine it's a cloth headliner with foam or sponge backing. Changing plugs right now , that is not fun on these cars, Getting my keyboard dirty. 74 is the way to go! good luck!
