Those plastic screws that hold your bumper on.......

Can anyone tell me what those plastic screw things are called that you have to take off to get your bumper off are called ? Also where can you buy those? I f***** all of mine up "trying" to take them off . Please help someone .

GM would probably call them some kind of retainer. Most parts stores should be able to get you some, or you could get them from the dealer.

I didn't think about trying the parts store. I didn't want to look like an idiot trying to ask for something that I didn't know what it was called. Which I guess I could find one that ain't torn up to bad & show it to them (if they can make out what it is :-) I screwed them up bad.
