I'd like to go 4th gen console in my car but some that I see have too damn many cup holders. Hell, I took the two I had out of my car because I didn't like them. No body eats or drinks in my car, not even me, lol. Anybody know the year of the 4th gen console with the least amount of cup holders?

Do you have any idea how tiring it is to be on the way to school/work in the AM and need that drink to wake ya up.. have to put it b/w your legs to drive, and end up braking and spilling it all over yourself? That's annoying... i dont wanna cut out my ashtray, is there anything else to do?!

what the chick said ! im tired of that to be comming home from work or going to work pulling a late shift your tired and need some caffine so you get a cup of coffe or a coke and you hold it between your legs and then you brakes and its on the floor and it looks liek you just p*ssed your pants

 

yes cu holders are a must.it is a major pain in the **** trying to get your morning coffee and smoke while driving withut a cup holder

Both of my 94's have one cup holder in the console.

 

i have 6 cupholders....



i would rather people put their cups in the holders, than in their laps, and once hitting a corner. spill...

I agree with TAdan. I really have no use for cupholders. And, no, I don't know what it's like to use caffine to wake myself up. I hardly ever drink anything with caffine in it. But then again, I'm still just 18 going to college.

 

Don't go there! I am 16, and a devoted Joe drinker since 9.... The worst is the black coffee stain between your legs that creeps down the seat to the butt of your pants and makes it look like you had too much hot sauce for breakfast anyways, im so glad they got smart and put cupholders in newer camaros.. problem, I DONT HAVE A NEW MODEL.. ::sighs:: i guess its pi**appearance for the rest of my life...

which 4th gen console has only one cup holder cuz thats all i want... and is it a big pain to switch console cuz im only 16 and i have barely any tools only what i can borrow...

 

I don't know if you'd want to do something like this, but they sell some pretty nice ones that clip onto your door at wal-mart

 

O.K. the 93 thru 96 had only one cupholder,,,the 97 thru 2001 had four,and you dont need alot of tools for this simple swap.

 

My formula has the 2 cupholders on the doors!! It rocks to finally have cupholders!

Just find a couple online, and mount them..... much easier and they blend with the interior better than a 4th gen console..
