Driver's side caliper was seizing up when it got hot,so I changed it with a rebuilt one, still have the same problem, maybe I got a bad caliper? Could it be the proportioning valve? Any ideas,I could really use some help on this one!

Did you replace the hose with the caliper?

Change the hose, they rot and clog up from the inside while they look fine from the outside..do it, problem solved. Might as well change them both while you're at it.

Thanks for the help guys, thing is that the caliper will apply pressure, just doesn't seem to want to release it after applying the brakes a couple times, are you saying the pressure can go to the caliper, but not return because of the collapsed or rotting hose? I will change the hose tommorow and see what happens, thanks for your input!

I've seen it happen too. The master cylinder makes a lot of pressure and pushes the fluid past the blockage when you apply the pedal and then it can't escape.

Brake caliper lockup

Cool I have the same problem but its my passenger side. So I bought two rebuilt calipers with a lifetime warranty from autozone for 10.00 bucks each I could'nt beleive it. So I went back and told the guy my problem and he sold me the 2 allen head bolts and said they could be bent. The bolts were almost as much as the caliper. Anyway do you guys have any recommendations on what hose to buy without breaking the bank.

The best hoses are Earl's stainless flex lines. Called "Hyperfirm". But they are not cheap. I just put them on the front of my car today and they did noticibly firm the pedal.

Brake hoses are available at all parts stores. Wagner, Raybestos, Bendix, Carlisle, Centrix all offer OEM style fit and quality. There are probably a couple other quality brands but you can trust any of these to meet or exceed OEM.
