i have no rear breaks
why would i have no rear breaks? rear disc breaks on a drum car

Did you just replace the rear drum braked rear end with a disk braked rear end?

its been that way for a few months had disc breaks but sunday had it on jack stands started the car and let the tires spin and pushed the breaks and didnt stop the tires

So, the the rear disk brakes were once working properly and now they dont? Please describe in more detail what led up to or may have caused this situation?

rear breaks have never worked rgt . i bleed the breaks no help.

So the car came with drum brakes and you swapped to disks? If so, did you change the proportioning valve? Disks and drums require different pressure and volume of fluid.

thats true, but they would still work to some extent. how are the flex lines? they may be collapsing.

If the parking brake is working ok, then thats the way they rear disks work. If the parking brake isn't working, fix that first.
