So my brake pedal is awful and pulls really hard to the right under heavy braking. Decided to take look at the situation and found only the right side front is working and drivers rear is working. Not going to waste my time with it anymore so I'm replacing rotors/calipers/brake lines on all 4 corners. I can find front disc parts no problem but rear disc and calipers seem to be a never ending search. I'm not looking to upgrade really, not want the damn pedal to feel right and the car to stop without yanking me into the other lane. Some I see the calipers listed as the same for front and rear other times I don't see any replacement parts for the rear disc. system. I've looked at rock auto, summit, jegs, etc. I don't want nor need a 6000 dollar brake upgrade. I just want a factory equivalent or slightly better disc and caliper set for all 4 corners. Why if I can ask, is it so hard to find the correct parts? Or am I just a jackhole that doesn't know what I'm doing?
Try your local auto parts. I rebuilt my front calipers a couple months ago. Parts Plus didn't list the rebuild kits. Napa, Auto Zone did.

Rockauto shows 2 different rear caliper manufactures offered on their website, the rear calipers are the same part number left and right
NUGEON 9717246B
CENTRIC 14162515
Also shows a repair kit to rebuild the rear calipers CENTRIC 14362029
What size rotors do you have? Rockauto shows a DYNAMIC FRICTION 60052006 296mm (11.65") and DYNAMIC FRICTION 60047014 267mm ( 10.51")

Not sure what size my rotors are. I know they're stock and I have no intentions of going larger. I'll go look at rock auto, I've looked there before and got lost in the options they provided. That was a long time ago so maybe it's cleaned up now.
thank you

I'd put my money on the hoses being bad.
you should have the earlier, cast iron, delco-moraine rear discs. they were problematic from the start.
GM provided a recall kit that solved some of the issues with self adjustment. a rebuilt caliper may or may not have the upgraded parts. the kit used to be available from GM parts direct.
Part Number: 18019028 from GM Parts Direct, listed as "Actuator" and included parts for both rear calipers, pistons, springs, seals, etc.
Good luck. my experience with the rebuild kit is from maybe 2005.
If you have the aluminum brakes they were probably upgraded from a later year, better brakes

Thank you 91banditt2, I'm going to see if I can get a couple kits myself
