Re: 1991 Z28
I'm suprised BlueZee28 hasn't already made a comment for me about having a friend that is in the market, lol.
Do you have any way to maybe meet somewhere to sell the car? I am in SW Missouri. Is there any mechanical problems that probably need tended to in the near future?
Also, could you email the pictures to camcovert@cableone.net? Thank ya.

Re: 1991 Z28
I dont bother looking in the wanted section. I just list it where ever i can and wait to be contacted. I dont like to chase people to get a sale. If someone really wants the car, they will find it.

Does "the whole 9 yards" mean the car has the front 1LE brakes now too? I see you've done the a/c delete.

Re: 1991 Z28 For Sale
Just the standard 4 wheel disc option for the Z. all 1LE parts were used to remove the air. Ive got the heater/ non ac control but it doesnt functions quite the same as the air cars.
this would be a great drag build car.

Re: 1991 Z28
Ive got no plans for a rebuild anytime soon. Runs with great oil pressure all day. as far as numbers matching, Im not sure what all is linked to the vin numbers on these cars. Ive seen a vin on the metal bumper on another 3rd gen, but i have not checked anywhere on this car for a matching vin. Im sure everything matches. i see no reason it wouldnt make the trip. from the mileage history, this car really hasnt ever been parked for long periods of time. Its been constant and consistant. Just a good reliable car. If you know these cars up and down like most of the people on this site, when something ever goes wrong, you'll already know what it is and prob what caused it, and how to fix it. aside from being a little noisy at times, it gives me no trouble at all. I can't say i'll still have the car when your ready, but you never know.
what numbers did you want me to check? locations? and i'll get back to you on it.

Re: 1991 Z28
I can take pics of the underside. I can't say ive seen a vin on an engine before. Not sure where to look, or if its even visable while in the car. I think the trans tag is on the top of the transmission if i remember correctly. Will let you know what i find.

Re: 1991 Z28
i know where the vin number is located on the car itself. just not sure about the matching number on the engine, if there is one at all.
Chris, i cant remember where it was you moved to, i love the color also, thats how i ended up with 2 blue 91 camaros. Now if i could only get my vert blue again. I'm tring to get it down here as cheap as possible. Ive been quoted a hair under 600 to have it shipped.

Re: 1991 Z28
Down in FL. now (34229)
Thats a good price. I had my vert shipped from Va to Fl. for $450
Just ordered a 3 bar map sensor for it. now I need to get off my *** and finish up a intake tube for the supercharger.
What are you getting rid of this one for now?

Re: 1991 Z28
Need to move this car and my 96 SS to make room for a 02-04 Z06. I've got too many cars as it is, and not enough room for them all.

Re: 1991 Z28
I honestly didnt think it would take me this long to sell the car. In the condition it is in, and what im asking, i thought for sure someone would have snagged it a while ago.
I'm going to be working on my 1991 Vert once this car is out of my drive. I hate to fork over clsoe to $600 for shipping, but i miss my vert.
