I have been thinking about Letting go of my Iroc. I bought the car about 2 years ago, and since then I have done nothing at all with the car. Kills me to see it sit like it does. Anyways, the car was originally from Las Vegas, and only has 45k miles. The first owner ordered the car, and checked every option the the list. He only drove it for a few years. He parked it in his driveway, and covered it with a tarp soon after he had kids. Hence the miles. They only "Mods" he did to the car was swap in a 145 mph cluster. I have the 85 cluster IIRC, its says 33k on it. There the car sat till about 2016 when the 2nd owner bought it. I bought it soon after before he could send it off to paint. I have many cars, and this thing runs super strong. The car is very high optioned. Has every option from rear wiper to LS seats. The only options it is missing are t tops, console clock, and rear defrost. The car is OEM down to the rotors (even still has the retaining washer on there). Now time for the "bad". The car needs paint, has a cracked dash/pad, needs new weather stripping, lower rad hose, and tires. I drove the car 45 minutes home from the storage place I was keeping it at while I worked on my other projects, and it ran great (picture with PW7 wheels). Its a true survivor car, the was parked and left alone. Just needs some love. I have almost all the parts to fix the car. The car will come with a mint dash pad, non cracked dash core, a center console clock with harness/console (aka so you can add the option to the car), aftermarket 140 "Z28" logo cluster, NOS "Z28" mud flaps, the OEM 85 cluster, and some few odds and ends that I have for the car. For 1985 this is about as rare as it gets. 1 year only color, 1st Year Iroc, and loaded.
$8,000
nice car ... would be great to see it done .. havent seen to many of the silver IROC's...interested but it may be a little high ... I'm sure it's well worth it
Thanks. The car is still for sale. Really don't want to sell it but it just sits. Rather let someone else do it now. Plus I want to continue my Firebird build.
Atm only tires and Rad hoes. I recently bought new hatch shocks, upper/lower radiator hoes, thermostat, and a few odds and ends. As I do more work to it the price will climb a bit.
