take out your spare tire and build a box to fit in there.. it can comfortable hold the 12, as long as the airspace requirements arent too big...

cut out a piece of wood yo fit the "hole" mount subs and amp to that put pillow stuffing in the bottom for better sound. i mounted 2 mtx 12"s and a 550 watt amp and it rattles light fixtures in the house. i have to fix all the rattles but inside it bumps hard!!!plus it mounts flush so the ttops dont get in the way

If you only want the space in the trunk for T-Tops why dont you just do this?

There is room for the subs, and the T-Tops are still fastened down. An added benifit is, that you cannot see the subs with the bag there. A little theft prevention never hurt.

the idea to put it where the spare tire would be is a good idea, and the one to just put in the well is also a good idea!

Not to be too picky.. but if u put the sub in the spare tire wel,
wont it sound wierd since the bass is only comming out of
one side of the car ??

nope, sub-bass (most of the woofer range), if done correctly, is omni-directional which is why you feel your eardrums rattle while you're in the front seat looking forward whereas your sub is in the trunk.

you could just do what i did....i made a custom sealed mdf enclusure.....mounted 2 10s.......and 2 amps.....and put them all on one board and laid it down on top of the indent on the right side of the rear quarter and the left side....worked out great.....sounds awsome.....and doesnt block my hooks for my t-tops.
