sorry i dont have a pic but got my amp screwed under my speaker board. try not to make it visable, dont want the wrong people seeing what u got.

i honestly just used duct tape and taped it to the vinyl i have in my iroc...heres the pic

I used to have it mounted to the top of the box. It worked pretty well, and looked nice and clean.

my amp (kenwood piece of ****) is the size of a small clock radio, it just sits in my rear glove box, even though i dont yet have a deck or a sub
