I had the bird done when i still had it bumped a 144.9 with 2 mtx audio thunder 4k's and a jensen 250 watt amp totally custom box. Looking at doing some audiobahns in the rs with a 1500 watt amp

I hit 141.1 with a pair of Oz 12" subs (they are SQ subs, not SPL subs) with the mic placed in accordance with IASCA rules. Mic placement makes an ENORMOUS difference on SPL, so if the mic was anywhere except where IASCA puts it, the numbers are impossible to compare.
I also got that number without tweaking my system for SPL. I measured it how I keep it day to day. This was before the whole "burping" thing came about too. I sustained that SPL for 15 seconds.

ya the new termpros are down like 6 db from last year...what setup are you planning on using to break 150?? If you throw a decent sub in a well planned wall with some decent power 150 is very doable. I think i could hit 160 with my subs if i gave them enough power but im trying to draw the line at 155 so i can save money
i hit 142.2 @ 27hz(certified termpro mic) out of the trunk with 1 15 and 400 watts in a big ported box. The roof, windows, and hood flexed a decent amount because the bass was so low

My old system I got a 140.6db with 2 american pro 12's and a cheap 600w rms amp, man did it sound horrible. My new system I should hit around 155dbs and still have unbelievable sq. I have 2-12in Adire Audio Brahmas and a 3000 watt rms US Amps.

good choice with the us amps...i just got rid of 4 vlx400s so i could get the amps for my camaro install. They were supposed to put out something like 5000wrms @1/4ohm each.

i hit a 155.3 with a 15" audiobahn alum15q and a kenwood 600 watt amp, in a custom made box,but it was in my truck, i have cracked my rear window once, not in the test, and my friend who lives 5 mile away, 1 mile as the crow flies could hear my start my car, you could hear it coming a good 5 minutes away if you know what to listen for.
i havn't gotten round to finishing my box for my bird, but when i get it together, it should be nasty
12.1d infinity perfect on the kenwood 600 watt amp
should rumble, can't wait to get that together and get it tested
