Stereo Comparisson...help me decide?
Ok...
For Christmas I managed to score 300$ worth of Canadian Tire Gift Certificates which I plan on using to replace the Tapedeck in the T/A with a CD Player.
Canadian Tire seems to love Sony, Pioneer, and KOSS. KOSS is the budget low end UBER entry level system and pioneer and sony are sitting at the mid to high range as they have a whack load of different options however the two I were looking at are the Pioneer DEH-P4500 and the Sony CDXMP40. Both players are Mp3 compliant and got semi good reviews with he odd complaint. I have heard goods and bads about both companies however one of these two units is gonna make its way into my car. I enclosed pics of both units as well. Lemme know what you think or if you own either one of these units to let me know of your experiences. Thanks

Well I went to Canadian Tire last night and took a look at both decks...and well the Sony one just feels cheap. Feels like I am gonna break it. That and the Pioneer one come with a 3 year warranty over the Sony's 1 year which is a definate seller right there. The Pioneer is 299.00 and the Sony is 279.00 however I think I am just gonna go with the Pioneer as it looked nicer, has a few other options over the Sony and well...the warranty which I like.
I think the Stereo system in my T/A is gonna be a Heinz 57. I won a Kenwood 1000watt amp from ebay for 100$. Guy said it works so its gonna power my subs...whatever make they are when I buy them...probably gonna go with a Kenwood Tornado series or Alpine Type R/S or something. Still undecided.
