does anyone have a picture of a flip screen cd dvd player in there camaro?? i want to see if you put it in the regular spot where the radio goes. i want to see if the screen hits the shifter when up open the screen. casue im plainin on gettin one really soon.,thank you

i dont think its a flipscreen but jim's the only one i can think of with a screen in his car jim85iroc

 

no, Jims not a flip screen. he bought an extra stock radio housing and mounted a screen in it and put it above the HVAC controls, and mounted a DVD player where the center vents are. looks good and almost stock. look at Jim85iroc sig. he has a pic of it there.

I to would like to see a flip screen in a camaro, as I am not happy with my current HU and am thinking about getting one.

I got a cd/dvd player flip screen in my 89 firebird, the way they put it in is it had to come out a little so it can open all the way. ill try to get pics.

I can't seem to find a picture of mine, but I can tell you that it clears. Most flip outs also have angle adjustments which make the awkward mounting position of our headunits a whole lot better.
