Confused
I am looking to put 2 12in subs in my cargo area, as well as 3 amps, but, I am also installing a 10lb nitrous bottle with a bottle heater in there as well. I am trying to come up with a box or enclosure of some type that will allow for as much room as possible to do this. Any suggestions? I know I will need room to get to the bottle brackets in order to pull the bottle for refills and such.

If you don't care about having a spare, you could mount your amps where the spare tire would normally go. Just need to make sure everything stays dry in there.

Re: Confused
The first two options I think of are:
1: Mount N2O tank in spare-tire area.
2: Use baffle-board instead of box and appropriate 12" drivers. Amps can go into glove-box area at driver-side rear.

Re: Confused
I'm thinking same thing. You can fit a 12" in the spare tire area that's removable (no fiberglass), I've done it and a fairly decent size amp will go in the drivers cubby back there. If you have free air subs, might just build a shelf with some hinges so you can open it at the top of the gas tank hump, and put the bottles and acc in the bottom of the cargo area there.

Re: Confused
My old set up was 3 amps and crossover mounted on a board (carpeted to match interior) on the rear diff/gas tank hump and 2 12s in a box in the well. i always wanted to either run a hidden nitrous system in the spare compartment or mount it right in the open on the drivetrain hump between the rear seats.

Re: Confused
At one point I had two 12"s in a custom made box on top of the hump right behind the back seats. I will try to take some pics when I get home. I still have the box if anyone is interested.
