The only "real" data I've seen on the Crosswind products (not Vortec, admittedly) was not impressive.

The Edelbrock is pretty much tried & true.

Here's some "Real Data". My PP's crosswind works fine.

I've had both.

i got the edelbrock rpm air-gap and ive seen pictures of the other brand you guys are speaking of and the edelbrock looks better and probably performs better since theres more then likly tons of more hours of R&D in the edelbrock one.

I have never owned either one, but I have seen both of them up-close. The quality of the PP intake isnt as good as an edelbrock. Not to say that it wont perform well, or maybe even as well. However the quality of the finish, the surface inside, and the casting isnt as good.

This is the "data" to which I referred: https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=228270

However, there was no back-to-back performed with the Edelbrock. Whether the lower than expected power was due intake, cam, combo, or dyno was not really answered.

Back-to-back runs with each manifold would be the only way to resolve the question.
