Since you have a T5 transmission, you'd be better served with a mechanical secondary carb.
Which is more important to you, power, or driveability? If the former, get a 750. If the latter, get a 650.
Neither one would be "bad" for the other, though.
Which Weiand intake? Stealth?

I know they say the Action + is good to 6000 RPMs, but that's a stretch. And, your cam powerband goes higher, so it would be better to go with the Stealth if performance is your priority.
"Easiest tuning" - not sure how to answer that. A "regular" 0-4779 would have the jet, power valve, squirter, and pump cam tuning available, while an Ultra DP model would add billet metering blocks (0-76750BK for black metering blocks - not sure if they have screw-in restrictors), and comes with an electric choke.
If you want more tuning capability than that, you'll have to give up choke, or go with a Demon.

Re: Carb Advice
Great thanks for the advice, i will look in to another intake manifold when i start doing the work is there any other manifold you would recommend over the stealth?
Thanks for your help

Re: Carb Advice
Can you explain to me the correlation between your transmission type and your secondary type? Why would mechanical secondary be better for a T5? Isn't mechanical secondary better in general? What about on a T56?

Cameron, either the Stealth, or a Performer RPM.
cyde, I prefer mechanical secondaries regardless. But, with a T5, you can get into weird situations between gears with the secondaries staying open even after you let off the throttle, causing the engine speed to flash. If you have a rev limiter, no problem, but then you'll be banging the rev limiter. And, T5's don't respond well to "speed shifting".
