i mailed the money order 12-06-2005. received email from justin on 12-12-2005 that he received money order and would mail package the next day. Never got the package so i emailed him on friday 12-30-2005 to ask him what happened? He emailed me back and said he mailed it the wednesday before. Still have not received the package and now he will not answer my email? Does anyone know this guy and can tell me if he is a stand up guy and we have a communication problem or he is an Ahole that's trying to ripp someone off here's the thread to PM'S between me and justin86z.

Yea, its funny when I did a search on his name, and nothing came up for me. Maybe I goofed somehow? Cant a Moderator ban a member for doing continious shady buissness on the forum? That sucks to pay, and get boned!

dont forget to mention the guys information. if you sent him a money order then you must know his name and address at least.

 

he emailed me and said he was going to refund my money, will let everyone know if it happens.

yep same thing happend to me how long ago did he say he was gona mail you your money back?
fill me in i didnt file a report yet cuz the day i was he said he was sendin back the money but ill deffly do it now keep me updated

If there are NUMEROUS cases where justin86z has taken money without sending the part, there MAY be a case for banning the member. One or two complaints is not enough though - then TGO is just getting involved in a "transaction dispute".

Everyone knows the risk of buying "on the Net". There is recourse but the party who has been wrong must do that themselves.

Now, if someone started a post on this person (justin86z) and developed a number of cases where he has done the same thing, then we will submit it to the Admins and see about having him banned.

As for "self justice", if someone "burned me", I would go to EVERY post ever made by this person and state "how he burned me". I would consider this "warning other members". It may also get results from justin86z to clean up his mess. I am NOT recommending people do this - just saying what I would do.

 

good point i made a warning post some where on here, he claimed to send the money back...total bs ive called up ppl agencies and hole 9 yards my was only for 50 bux though not that the price matter but he hasnt been on for a realy long time i added him on my buddy list and im ALWAYS ON besides in school
yh i got urn but it was bound to happen now only if i had that 50 bux.....i could get some lil stuff i need

 

I got taken for $50.00 by 84ZMIKE. I finally contacted the Internet Fraud Div. of the FBI. Stated my case with all the facts. Figured the governemnt wouldn't do anything. Got a call from the local police department where he lives. His wife said it was a mistake and the sergeant said they would be sending me my money. It hasn't come yet but it's been less than a week.
We'll see.
