Radiator Cooling Fan Not Coming On
Hello everyone. I've noticed recently that my radiator cooling fan (single fan, originally LG4 car with A/C delete) hasn't been turning on even between 220 and 260 degrees. I've tested the fan itself by hooking it up to the battery and also tested the relay by grounding the fan switch wire. All good there. I've also replaced the fan switch itself and even the connector but to no avail. Is there anything I'm missing here? Thanks in advance.

You replaced the switch on the passenger side head, right?
If so, did you lookk for frayed wires at the relay? I had soem ugly wires that were grounding so I put some elctric tape on them and all works like new!

I replaced a fan switch lately with an AC Delco on e that didn't work when new. Got one from advance auto that works great now. Only other possibility I can think of is the switch not grounding due to too much teflon tape or sealant already on the switch. You can check for continuity between the switch body and ground to eliminate that as a problem

Yes, it grounds via the threads, so if you put too much teflon tape in it it can;t ground.
That connector looks ok... but isn;t the cooling fan relay up front by the radiator area?
mine is right by the air box. 87 TPi Formula
That one you got might be for the fuel pump?
it looks similar if I am not mistaken.

Looks like the right 5 wires. Different years different locations and forms?
