This is what I got w/ the engine running for a few... and it actually ran without the surging part of the idle, it was just a tad rough...

The map seems high at first, not sure what the raw data is but converted it’s almost maxed out at 5v. I think this is engine off zero vacuum and you must live at sea leave to 1,000 feet.
you might want to see what it is engine warm. Looks like you were in a warm up during this snap shot.

I’m not sure on the battery voltage monitor if this is on b2 of the ecm or not.
Do you have another map to try ?
my guess is a charging system problem or a map.
any error codes like 54 ?

No Codes stored, No spare MAP's, but I do have a tested good Alternator and new S-belt I could try. I have a video of the live data as it's running, I'll post it or link to it on break.

More like 60-80 then settled around the low/mid 50's.
