1227730 and pins BB11 and BC1

I swapped from a 165 to a 730 ECM and need a 2K signal for the speedo. I tried using BC1 with no luck and then BB11 just to try to get the speedo to move with no luck.

I show a speed reading in Datamaster but no voltage a on either pins while the car is moving. I have tried 3 different ECM's with no luck. I am using the $8D code in Tunercat and don't see anything to do with speed sensor outputs.

What am I missing?

What would prevent an output signal on BB11 or BC1?

Never mind, I got it figured out. Jsut hook the speedo directly to the yellow wire going to BB10. It is an A/C signal at 4000ppm but a device looking for a D/C current only sees half of the sign wave and only reads it as half. So I got my 2000ppm signal and the speedo works fine now.
