MAT Problem?
Hey guys, my MAT reading is zero constantly when I went out and ran my car (open loop, didnt get warmed up to closed loop). Does the MAT not kick on till closed loop, or is something not hooked up on my car (cause that ones a biotch to get at..)

I tore the plenum off and pulled it out, cleaned it and put it all back together. Then i realized that it wasnt the MAT that was reading all 0, its some "OLDPA3" and the columns are all bogus in the winALDL log file. Of course now the motor wont run, seemingly because I took the plenum off.
It wont idle anymore, i had to set the min air all the way up just to sort of keep it alive, it bounces from 600 to 1000 RPM and is running extremely rich. Also when you pull injector plugs nothing changes (well at least the two I could reach #1 and #3). Gahhhhh, it was running so great before I took that damn plenum off. Doesnt sound like a vac leak.

The service engine light is on and stays on. The only code im reading is #41 "Cylinder Select Error".
And I know its not in limp home mode because I dont have limp resistors on my chip anymore. So I cant figure out why the drastic overnight change?

This is what I see for a code 41, its from chevythunder.com
Code 41- This code is for a calpak error. Calpaks are made for a specific engine calibration and the wrong one will set this error code. Also suspect faulty connections on the ecm. If the fault returns after other corrections have been made, suspect a faulty ecm.

That makes sense, since Ive removed my CALPAK, but would removing limp resistors cause a change in running? It was running great before i pulled the plenum without a CALPAK.
