Want to read TPIS prom, what is this?

I want to look at what TPIS did to the chip they burned for me before I knew I could do it myself. On the prom all I see is this:

980
1606 9300
BLDP9236 2117

I can't afford to ruin this prom b/c it's all I have right now to run the car with. What should I set my Pocket Programmer to so I can safely read this prom?

Those are the numbers on the actual chip. The 9300 appears under the #980 on the right side of the chip. Below on the left is the 1606. The #980 is across from that. Below that is the BLDP9236 and across from that on the same line is the 2117.
The sticker covering the erase area is plain white.

Lots of aftermarket chips have stuff moved around on them. So reading it maybe a waste of time anyway.
Always have 2 memcals, anyway.
If you screw up one, at least the car will run, using a lesser chip

9300 indictes it is a 27c128 eprom - thanks to http://www.cruzers.com/~ludis/p4pinouts.html
heaps of usefull info here.
Reading the memcal should not hurt it , although data may have been moved around so Tunercat etc may not read the tables correctly.

Sorry to drag an old topic back up (but at least I'm going thru some of the older posts ) but I was kinda curious what you found out if anything. I too bought a TPIS chip for a setup I'm putting together. It's not even installed in my car yet. I've been told the TPIS chips are basically crap (my words, not exactly theirs). I have a modified setup, (hyd roller cam 218*/224* 110*LSA, higher compression, better airflow, modded MAF, etc) so I was talked into their Level 5 chip. Now I'm about half paranoid this setup won't run right with the TPIS chip.

Just how good or bad are these chips? I *may* get into trying to burn my own chips but being a truckdriver I just don't have the time I feel required to learn how to do it or to get my settings optimized correctly.

Can somebody...anybody give me some feedback on this?

Thanks!!!
