O2 swing points in EBL/Flash

How do you change the O2 crossover points throughout the map range?

I'm not understanding the tables that are used.
thanks

There are three values for idle, then three tables of values for off idle. The lean/rich values form a window, with the mean R/L value being a crossing point. In general can increase or decrease the values together (or separately) by say, 20, 25, 50 or 75 milli-volts.

The values used are directly relative to the O2 sensor voltage output. The ECM compares the O2 voltage to the voltage in the table(s). And will adjust the INT to make sure that the O2 (AFR) is swinging within h...

Ack, instead of re-typing all this please see this link:

There are some other write ups in the tuning guide book sticky. Chapter 5, the '8746/'8063/'7747 section, among others.

Does not the stoich constant play a role as well? I changed mine from 14.7 to 14.3(E10).

Discussed in the link I posted.

Re: O2 swing points in EBL/Flash

Thanks for the link. I've been reading it over and over.
The table names for EBL aren't exactly the same as whats listed in that thread.
So I'm assuming these 3 tables are the ones to use?
INT-rich 02 upper
INT-lean 02 lower
INT-Mean R/L

I also find
CL- 02 upper/lower stay in CL
CL-02 upper/lower go into CL

Under Scalers
I find 3 more.

Also trying to find out is there something for 02 vs MAP?

Again thanks for the link... I'm just not understanding how these tables are working together and I'm having a issue trying to figure out some of EBL's terms VS the terms of the other ECMs. They just done match up exactly.

In EBL are the scalers/tables working in the same exact manor of the other comparible ECM's

Hopefully the questions make sense.
thanks

Ron, I've tried making changes to that. But it's not making any differance with my build. Its constantly targeting a AFR of 11.5. Whether its idle/or under load. Thats why I'm trying to work the the O2 setpoints. Its the only thing left.

Yes, note that they are based on MAP.

And this one for idle:

INT - Idle O2 Window Terms

Maybe the WB isn't reporting correctly.

RBob.
I will look at those tables...thanks
Normally I would suspect the WB, however if you could smell my exhaust there's a ton of fuel in there so I suspect its close. BLM's even reading 108-113 range and no matter what adjustments I make to the .bin its not going away. My fear here is this is a brand new motor.

I do think I have a couple of things going on.
1)Idle-kPa ranges 55-65.... then will spike up as high as 80kPa. Been searching for a possible vac leak but its not consistant. Changed the MAP sensor and just can't seem to find the source
With the Blms in the 108-113 range AFR is reading high 11's

2) New code popped up along with Hi MAP.... Code 43 lean conditon... but my 02 is reading 700-800Mv's

So some how I need to take one thing at a time. But everytime I start it up is acts differently
