My car is entirely different than yours so I cant compare. Ive been running E85 since 12-09 and love it. I have the 165 ecm and MAF and took a totally different approach to the tune. (I have no clue on speed density) Be sure your pump can give you the extra fuel volume needed. I left stoich at 14.7. The ecm doesnt know what fuel you use and the O2 sensor just measures O2. I gave it a lot of extra fuel for those winter starts and gave it some advance to take advantage of the high octane.
Lots of bad info on the net about this too, you need to filter that out.

when the car was running 108 mph on 22 lb injectors i was seeing duty cycles of 95% - 104%. the other night with 30 lb injectors i was seeing 77 % duty cycle. i am hoping that there is still enough room if not i will bump the fuel pressure up a little.
i didn't get a chance to try today hopefully tomorrow or so

I'm running the red Bosch IIIs at 56# FP on my 350. It sees 90% + at WOT. Car runs 12.80 at 108 - 110 depending on the air. Its reading 915mv on the narrow band. I cant remeber what it was on the wideband, its been a while.

Have you made any hardware changes? (are any suggested?)
I'd like to try the E-85 next year in my 10.8:1, 406 so I'm interested in how this goes for you.

The rubber fuel lines under the hood were 23 years old. I replaced them with teflon core braided lines, for safety. There is still original rubber line at the tank. If it leaks, at least it wont be spraying on the headers. Fuel filter is stock, thinking about replacing it. Already had a Walbro 255 pump, no way stock could keep up. I cant think of anything else. Its been about 12000 miles since I switched, so far so good.
