At that dialog do a save file. Navigate to the folder to place it and then select the save button. I can't explain exactly what steps to take as it varies among the different browsers.

Do a right click on the file to download, and select the Save Link As... Should then be able to save it as the proper file.

See if this works. Download this and change the .zip extension to .adx.
It wouldn't let me post an adx file directly so I renamed it to zip.

I sent the files. But I also sent the suite of S_AUJP files (bin, ECU, adx, and xdf). I'd highly recommend starting with S_AUJP. It has a lot of nice added features and capabilities.

You have some sort of laptop/PC problem. Either the anti-virus is still running in the background, security level on the folder/system is too high, firewall is running interference, and so on.
As an example I used to run the ZoneAlarm firewall. But they kept adding stuff to it that made it more then just a firewall. It prevented me from decompressing zipped files that I down loaded from the 'net.
Needless to say that ZoneAlarm is now gone.
