TunePro, Moates adapter

We've have a 89' Formula 350 TPI that is being redone. I purchased the Moates programmer and I'm using the TunerProRT program. I believe I have the .Bin, .XDF, and .ADX file's somewhat figured out. Currently I can write and read the chip.

We are going back with the L98 and changing a few things up. Cam, Heads, injectors, ect.
Just wanted to make sure that the ARAP 6E.bin, LC1Plugin.adx, and 6E.XDF are the right route to start with. (Sorry, first time doing PROM)

I pulled the ARAP for the factory info, (There is a ADS Powerchip currenlty installed that I will try to read and compare)

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

AT or MT?
What year? Says 98', did you mean '89?
If '89, it's MAF

98 ? or 89 ? Just solder is a dip socket and use a sst eeprom. Or uv erase your soldered in chip and use a more expensive burner. There’s also these not sure about quality.
