New member, long time lurker. I just found out about RBob yesterday while I was trying to contact him for the port mod upgrade for my EBL flash ll, I really hated to hear that, he was always so patient and helpful with any issue I was having. I noticed you guys are keeping his contributions and tech alive and was hoping someone here could help out.

I know RBob did the port mod in house but I've read somewhere how one can modify the TBI ECU (7747?) to fire in batch mode in order to fire all injectors on each bank once every revolution. Does anyone here know how to do this, have a write up, or offer the service? Thanks in advance and thank you for letting me join!

 

The 747 is batch, are you going mpfi and want the 747 to control the load of 8 high impedance injectors ?

 

Yes, this! Sorry for my lack of tech finesse. I'm trying to go from 2 tbi injectors to 6 high impendant injectors

 

The 1228253 ecm was used for 6 cyl . I’m not sure you can convert the daughter board you have to work like the sfi-6

Just to clarify, I'm needing to know how to modify my dynamic EFI flash ll EBL, OBD1 TBI 4.3 ECU in order to fire six high impendant injectors since unfortunately RBob isn't with us anymore. I'm upgrading to a marine 4.3 intake manifold and I'd like to keep the tuning capabilities of the EBL/TunerPro. I'm going to be using EV1 60lb injectors. Im sure I was all over the place. I basically needed to know how to disable the PnH operation of a TBI ECU in order for it to operate saturated injectors. I just didn't know the terminology. The .zip file in that link may not be exactly what I was asking earlier here but it gets me close.
