'91 Camaro, ignition/key buzzer, won't shut UP
i didn't get a chance to look at my car yet, but i posted that my buzzer don't work at all right above your post, and was told to check my fuse to see if it's blown. maybe you could do the same thing and just pull your fuse out.

I have a '92 Z28 and have the same problem. You can remove the buzzer pretty easily. Remove the plastic closeout panel from underneath the driver's side dash. There is a 2" X 3" plug in plastic box that pulls right out. The box has perforations for the sound to come out. I would like to find out the real solution to this problem though.

There is a switch in the column, near the lock tumbler, that closes when a key is inserted into the tumbler. The switch connects to the audio alarm, through a light green wire ('85). The other side of the switch goes to a driver door operated pin switch that grounds when the door is opened. So, if the audio alarm is continuous, the switch in the column, or the light green wire between the column and the audio indicator is shorted to ground.
