Help with driver turn signal

I have a 91 firebird and the driver side turn/parking lights in the front stays on steady when I put on the signal and doesn't blink, in the rear it doesn't light at all when the signal is put on. the arrow on the dash also stays steady. I replaced the socket thinking that's what was holding it but that didn't work.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Sounds like a relay, and check all the bulbs.

Holy text Batman! Here's the cleaner link: Autozone Wiring Diagrams.

The flashers are located on the little metal relay holder to the right of the steering column. My turn signal flasher is yellow (has red connector clip) and clips on to the frame, whereas the hazard flasher is silver and plugs into the metal relay holder, where the audio chime unit is.
