I will post a scan of the terminal connection diagram for the 82 Camaro from the service diagram. It may be a day or two, as I need to reconnect my scanner to my computer

Got the scanner hooked up, so here is the diagram. Note that the high side of the O2 sensor is a PPL (Purple) wire connected to terminal 8 of the BLACK I/O connector (on the bottom of the diagram) and the O2 ground connection is a TAN wire connected to terminal 15 of the BLACK I/O connector.
If you need the other wire colors, let me know.
I suggest you right click on the image below and "Save Link As" to your computer. Then open the file in some picture viewer software so you can rotate and zoom in to read them.
Good Luck with your project

Re: 82 ecm wire pics
However, I still have the original, stock O2 sensor. So if that is "narrow band" then yes that is what I have. The wire color is from the service manual. By the way, as soon as I can pdf it, I will post a connection chart with all the circuit numbers, wire colors and circuit descriptions for the 82 CrossFire ECM connectors.I am curious. Did you replace your ECM and if so, does the replacement ECM control the air induction hood flaps

. The hood flaps are controled by the original ECM.Dave

Sorry to hear that the flaps don't seem to function with your new equipment. If you want to trouble shoot it a bit, I can post the diagnostic chart for the hood flaps from the service manual.
Attached in the pdf file is the complete ECM pin out, with wire colors, circuit numbers and signal descriptions.... enjoy or keep for your future reference
