Turn Signal.. Fuse?

My turn signals stay solid when they are in use, my dome light won't go on. Power locks, cig lighter, and the trunk wont work. This happened all the sudden. Could it be a fuse? If so which one?

Re: Turn Signal.. Fuse?

humm, as far as I know it’s a separate fuse, I only say that because as of right now my turn signal is not working either but my power locks window and dome light all work. But as for the dome light I know there is definitely a fuse for that cus I just changed it. Good luck.

Re: Turn Signal.. Fuse?

check your fuses, especially the acc fuse, but i know that when my blinkers would not blink and my 4 ways still worked it was because of a round metal cylinder under the dash that controls the flashing for blinkers, and a 2nd one for the 4 ways. i switched the one for the 4 ways with the one for blinkers and havnt had a problem with the blinkers since then, and that was probably 4 months ago

Re: Turn Signal.. Fuse?

yes if you could do that it would be great. Is it behind the gauges? If so thats going to be a bitch but it isn't just the lights and I checked almost all the fuses before none looked like they were blown but I gotta check again

Re: Turn Signal.. Fuse?

i will look tomorrow afternoon and tell you exactly where to look to find them. they are not behind the gauges, just under the hush panel beneath the gauges. its not hard to get to, dont worry about it. simply swapping them would tell you if that is your problem or not - easy thing to check

Re: Turn Signal.. Fuse?

right side of the hush panel towards the center console...there is the area that GM plugs thieir computers into your plug to read your computer...called the "convenience center"...above that is the turn signal blinker...and then i think a wiring harness next to that has the other blinker. You will need to take out something liek 3 7MM screws out of the hush panel and another two 7mm screws to get the convenience center out. You will see the cylinders i believe once you pull the convenience center out and should be able to swap them.

i know that cig lighter and dome are on the same fuse IIRC, but the door locks i'm not sure of. That all sounds like a fuse issue.
