HEADLIGHT WONT MOVE
I HAVE AN 89 FIREBIRD, I HAVE TO MOVE THE LIGHTS MANUALLY. CHECKED VOLTAGE TO THE MOTORS AND ARE GETTING JUICE. BOTH LIGHTS QUIT WORKING AT THE SAME TIME. IVE READ ALOT ABOUT THE FUSIBLE LINKS BUT CAN NOT FIND THEM. I WOULD ASSUME SINCE THE MOTORS ARE GETTING POWER ALL THE RELAYS WOULD BE GOOD. SO AM I LOOKING AT REPLACING THE MOTORS?

Are they plugged in? If not, then if they motors aren't turning, you need new ones.

Re: HEADLIGHT WONT MOVE
Check for power at the wires leading to the motors beyond the connector plug. You may have corrosion at the connectors.
