Computer removed, won't turn over?

Need help Guys, I have a carbed 406, figured I'd clean up the wiring, remove the computer and tidy up under the hood, but now motor won't turn over by ignition switch, I have a remote starter solenoid with mini starter, and when I use a screw driver on the S side of solenoid to Batt side it will spin the motor, but utilizing the key gets nothing, what did I overlook or miss?

If you are using the stock starter wiring to power up the remote solenoid then the starter enable relay ( previously operated by VATS )
needs to be bypassed

from the diagram it looks like if you connect the yellow and drk green together that will bypass that relay
