There is no ‘main fuse’.

You apparently misconnected something.

The
purple wire goes to the S terminal.
The M terminal gets the
+
batt cable, and fusible links.
Make sure the starter goes to a clean ground.

Re: No power

Check that first.

It's possible you blew the main fuesable link going up from the starter, that'll kill all power to the car beyond the starter.

So did you hook the starter cable back up to the right terminal now? The diagram I see doesn't show a purple wire. It shows the fusible links being in the red wire. Just trace the wires from your solenoid and you should find the links.

yes I believe I have it hooked up proper now would the fusable links be white round things around the red wires? And when I go to replace are those spliced into place?

Re: No power

Ya, they will be right there at the starter. You should be able to check for power going through them. Here is some help.

Re: No power

Alright guys got the fusable links replaced and have power! Big step in the right direction. So now I have a vehicle that cranks but no start. Fuel pump primes. So where should I go next? Ideas hints?

You need to check your fuel pressure, just because the pump primes doesn't mean it's putting out enough pressure.
