Engine: 377 AFR195 750DP Solid cam 10.25:1
Transmission: TH/350 3200 stall spohn conversion
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.42:1 Eaton Trutrac.
B&M console shifter wire up
Hello there
I have an 82 Camaro that I just bought and fitted a B,M console shifter and it was wired up by a tradesman,, I took the shifter out to do work and I forget which wire goes where..
I have a thin Blue,, a thick Yellow,, a lime green and a purple wire,,
4 in all,, going onto 4 terminals,,, I don't want to burn out wireing ,, which goes where,
1 switch is neutral switch and one is reverse lights.

Your shifter should have come with a connector so the harness plugs into it, so no colors need to be deciphered.
However here are the colors to your car’s original harness:
The backup lights are a dark blue wire and a light green wire.
The neutral switch wires are tan with a White stripe and a purple wire.

thanks mate,, got it sorted,,, should be on the road soon 408ci vortecs,750,roller cam,th350 2000stall,,3.08,, 15x10,, 15x 7 inch 1973 Pontiac rally 2 wheels custom made,,
1 3/4 headers single 3 inch system..,,should be good. right hand drive also..
