How do I crimp accessory fuse block terminal with bar?
I’m trying to add an accessory fuse block in my car and I can’t figure out how to crimp a terminal that is connected to the bar. I want to connect one power wire from the battery to an end terminal of the 4 connector bar and then the other side of the block will have single connectors for each separate circuit with a fuse. I can’t fit a crimper on an end terminal with the bar because the next terminal is in the way. How do I do this??

That "bar" is for automatic crimping machinery. It makes the connectors to be a BELT, instead of a TANGLED PILE, that feeds into the machine.
To use such a thing with a hand crimper, cut the pins off of the bandolier so they look like the one on the left. That's what the auto machine would do in any case. The bandolier isn't supposed to be part of the finished product.
Re: How do I crimp accessory fuse block terminal with bar?
If I cut the bandolier apart then I’ll have to run 4 separate power wires (1 per circuit) instead of just one. Is there a way to accomplish this more like the factory fuse block does where one larger gauge wire feeds multiple circuits?

What is the part number for this? Is this block meant to except the all four terminals together or split apart? The cheap crimpers for these terminals kinda suck, even the more expensive crimpers require some familiarity to get it right, we use these terminals here at work aocassionally, It may not be correct, not at work but as I don't have a set of these very expensive crimpers, I've installed these on home projects using needle nose pliers using some solder.

There's a few companies selling this part. The part I posted a picture of is Dorman 85668. Racetronix has the same thing as FBK-001. Painless has it as 30002, etc... The bandolier will fit in one side of the block or you can cut it to make four separate terminals if you want.
My plan was to try and use empty fuse locations in my factory Trans Am fuse box for some accessories. I wanted to run a 12ga wire from the battery to one of these bars with three terminals. Then I could wire the other side of the circuit with 16ga wire for two 5A and one 10A accessories that I want to be able to turn on when the car is off.

Wow!
Pack-Con Buss-Bars... Take me back to 1976!
The 4-Terminal Pack-Con Buss-Bar ONLY needs one heavy-Gauge Wire Crimped into One of any of the Four Locations.
Crimping is completed in the same method as the Metri-Pack 280 Series Buss-Bar shown below:
The Conductor is Crimped towards the Terminal End.
The Insulation is Crimped Towards the Wire End.
