Converting AC to non-ac car wiring blower switch

Ok here is what I got
Got an 88 firebird formula. I have converted the climate control panel and under hood and dash to non-ac controls with cable controls. Most have said that you can use the factory AC wiring for the panel but im finding that's not so. I have changed the blower motor resistor over to the 4 speed resistor so the stock under hood plug will plug to it.
The AC climate control panel had a separate plug in addition to the plug going into the back of the blower **** switch.

The separate plug I believe is what has the main power for everything because when I probe it the first wire on the left it has 12v key on. The blower switch plug has no power on any wire. Does that 12 v wire need to be moved over somewhere to the blower switch so it can send power to the blower when turned on?
