These are ones off a friend's car. They are 1 3/4" primaries, T4 turbo flanges, 38mm waste gate flanges, and t304 stainless steel. These will fit two turbos up to 76mm with out cutting anything to install them. Also included are the down pipes, but they may need to be modded to fit the drivers side due to a rack and pinion set-up and not a steering box. Lastly, included are the waste gate vent tubes. Ultimately, you're getting the whole hot side of a turbo kit. Just add an intercooler if you want and you're all set. Let me know what questions you might have.

Yes it is. He is going to a larger motor and shooting for well over the 1000HP mark.
