Re: wtb: t-5
I have all the swap parts except the center console piece, The trans needs the 3-4 syncro rebuilt/replaced I just don't have the time to do it anymore. It comes complete with clutch assem. and flywheel so you know what to get if you wanted to upgrade them. I will check to see if I even want to ship the tranny, it is heavy....but I would deffinately ship all the other swap parts...then you would only need a tranny that you might find local.
Parts include:
clutch flywheel pressure plate bellhousing all hydraulics (slave cylinder, master, and line) clutch and brake pedals I'm thinking $250 plus shipping for these parts

Oh, I forgot to add, this is also from a 1991 Firebird V8...so WC V8 T5. And, I also forgot to add if you wanted everything including the trans- $550
P.S.- dont be afraid of the 3-4 gear problem, I almost gaurantee it only needs blocking rings, which there are 2 of them, one for each gear, and they run about $18 each, and I bet a tranny shop would put them in for cheap, since its the easier side of the shaft to take apart. The trans still shifts into the gears, but it will grind a little bit sometimes into 3rd and into 4th. The rings are just getting worn out from use.
(in case you havn't noticed I have experience with these transmissions)

yes, all of the trannys are the same, as are the cars, so everything will swap just fine. Send me a PM if you want to work something out.
