Just wanted to post some pics of my 350 build. I am replacing my '86 Iroc 305 with a 350. Block is a '79 4 bolt main, L98 iron heads heads ported to a Felpro 1206 intake gasket, Comp Cams Pro Magnum 1.52 roller rockers, Comp Cams XE 268 cam, Accel intake base ported to Felpro 1206 to be replaced by a Holley Stealth Ram once I get it running on the TPI, Holley Flowtech headers.

Umm... maybe I missed something... but why are all your rockers at the exact same angle? Is there no cam in there?

Don't really know. Until I put the Stealth Ram on, the stock runners and plenum will hold me back some. Other than that, these are still stock heads with some port work done and those Flowtech headers are only 1.5" primaries and 2.5" collectors, but they're better than manifolds I figure. Doubt I'll see over 300 (especially until I get that Stealth Ram on), just a stab in the dark at 275 or so (probably less than that).

Finally got the Accel intake on...... waitin' on header bolts....

Nice job. That stealth ram and intake will make that thing rock. Too bad those heads will be holding you back. Post pics and driving inmpressions when you get it running.

 

Those fel-pro one piece oil pan gaskets are nice. I have one on my 350, never leaks.
