Well into my swap ,here is some of the things i have run into. 3.4 out of 93 camaro. Had to use original motor mounts off of 2.8. Problem tho there was some kind of sensor in the way. The original mount was made to go around this. I think it is the same one that sits on the back of the 2.8 Pass rear head. Having trouble getting that plug out on the 3.4 Everything else sofar seems to be going smoothe. The parts store gave me the wrong oilpan gasket so that stopped my install from progressing. Motor still on lift hopeing to get it in today. Question ? I am planning on takeing the old sensor that came out of the 3.4 block and match one up that has the right threads and size maybe from a different model? WEll maybe I can cut out the mount where that sensor goes just enough tho clear, Then extend the wire hareness to meet. Suns up Going out to play. Steve
