The cranks are the same castings, opinions vary as to whether they're balanced the same (haven't see convincing evidence, personally).
305 rods are supposed to be lighter, and therefore weaker. But, I wouldn't swear to that one, either.
Cam, lifters, pushrods, timing set will fit either (assuming same type of cam, anyway - roller vs. flat tappet). Oil pumps are the same. Those things I know for sure.

I personally wouldn't worry about it with 350 HP. And the argument is still out about 305 parts being weaker.

running a .680-..680 lift with 1.5's and 1.6's on a crank out of a 305 { same 3.48 as a 350sbc ) like said above make sure to get it all balanced mine is balanced to 8500 rpm I paid a little extra for good rods and such :lala:
