Also what is your opinions on vortech engines

The "Bullet hole" shows you what topic you have posted in. If that dot is there it means you have a post in the topic.

Gas milage for a Thirdgen LT1 with a T-56 is is about 25-26 highway. City driving is 19-22. Not sure on an automatic.

The deciding factor is really how much your foot weighs.

I get 28 on the highway in my '95 T56 4th gen. You should see similar numbers.

You want gas mileage, buy a Import. High performance and gas mileage cannot be used in the same sentence.

At cruising speeds they most certantly can. Plent of 400 rwhp cars out there getting 25 to 30 mpg in top OD gear. Now anything else besides cruising speeds and you are right.

I just said performance and not cruising speed. I can get that on my car on the highway, but you do not spend all your time there.
Again, you want mileage Buy a Import. It was a oxymoron question to begin with.

Hah imports suck. I was just seeing if the mileage would be decent my camaros a daily driver so I dont want to drop in an engine that gets low teens in mileage
