First of all do this system flow as well as the other more expensive systems? What is the difference in the HO and the non HO system? and does anybody have a picture the tips from this system coming out the back of a firebird?

For one , it flows better than Flowmaster, though on most of our engines you can't tell the difference.

2nd, the only difference among them is the way they hook to the cat. The HO one has a 4 bolt flange to the cat. I got this one and had the flange cut off and then welded.

Hey 85350TX, noticed you're from Austin! I'm in Bastrop, nice to see another Central Texas third genner around. Good luck with the car. Also, I am thinking about the Hooker cat-back for my (future) 383. Now I've just got a 305.

Ya, I live in south Austin around slaughter and Mopac and I work on east Ben White at AMD. Maybe we can meet up sometime and go play some pool or something. They have an F-body club in town that has small shows and cruises sometimes and there is always muscle car get together on saturday night's around 7:30. Anyway well let me know if you get ther hooker cause I am interested in hearing how it sounds and how hard it was to install. Also do you know anybody in town that is good with trannies mine is not shifting out of first gear so something is going wrong I need to get it checked out.

it flows better than a flowmaster...but unless you have like a 500hp engine,. you wont even notice it...sound is all up to the individual person....i like the hooker 3 inch single exhaust set up...but i also like the dual flowmaster's right off the headers...its all personal preferance...you can get the muffler out of jegs...and as far as it bolting up.... i dont know how flowmaster or anything else bolts up. the hooker has a 3 bolt flange (same thing as the collector flange on a header)
