Will this hooker cat back fit on my 82 z28? Part number HOK-16823 on summit.

Specifications:
* Intermediate pipe: 3 in.
* Tail pipe diameter: 2 1/2 in.
* Dual tail pipes out the rear under the bumper
* Does not fit dual catalytic converter vehicles
* Fits with engine codes G,F and 8
looks like a nice system, you might have to do some work to get it to fit on the cat..
This Hooker Super Competition high flow cat-back exhaust system aids in performance gains from modifications such as cams, intakes, throttle bodies, headers, etc. It uses large diameter, mandrel bent, 16-gauge aluminized tubing for maximum efficiency (lowest backpressure) and longer life. This system is designed using flanged construction (where applicable) and uses existing stock hangers for easy installation. It exits in the stock location.

I hopefully wont have to run a cat if I can register my car at my uncles house(no emissions) I'll also be running hedman shorty headers.

The only difference among the different part #s there, is the way they hook to the cat. The $200 system has a rectangular flange on the I pipe that hooks to the cat. I ordered that one and had it cut off and welded.
