Sidepipes

I dont know if this topic has been here before.
Anybody tried to make sidepipes? I made new side groundeffects in aluminium so they wont melt. Now i just have to make the pipes. Any suggestions on these? I have never made any before

Sidepipes like the ones on the GTA in the link look OK, but not my favorite. I think sidepipes like those on a '70 Dodge Challenger TA with the tips just poking out in front of the rear wheels looks sweet on a 3rd gen car. They sound nastier and cracklier than regular tailpipes too usually.

that looks pretty good, but when you have the tip come through the back of the ground effect it looks awesome

 tastefully done sidepipes on a thirdgen:rockon:

yeah lets see some pics SCANIA, im interested in how it fits being the bottom of the ground effects are so close to the rocker panel bottoms, i always thought something like that would look good but i figured it would take a lot of mods to get it to fit/look right.

keep us updated

Yes im still on it but im starting to change a bit. Does anybody now how much heat carbonfiber can take?
It would look better if i made the grund effect things in that and its much more easy. Im not pleased whit the result from the aluminium ones.
