Custom Exhaust is DONE!!

Well i decided to go with a y to a single pipe instead of trying to do duals. The guy that did the exhaust is only 22, but has been welding since 10yrs old. His Father is an established chassis builder. So, here it is, tell me what you think. By the way, its a 2.5 in y-pipe into a single 3" pipe back to a Magnaflow muffler with dual 2.5 out.

a little on the quiet side. but the muffler is suppose to "breakin" and get a little louder. nice nice tone though.

please help

I have been looking forever and can not find any diagrams for exhaust on a 1983 camaro Z28. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great, or if someone could e-mail me a copy of theirs. I have long tube headers on a 350.

Thanks

that looks GREAT! why is it sooo close to the driveshaft though? is it just cause the car is in the air?

cause it is in the air, plenty of room once the suspension is loaded.

OOPS, I didn't pay all that much attention to the fact that it is a magnaflow, i guess. Thanks, for pointing out my lack of detail, lol.

Why the sharp "S" bend on the driver's side though? From the pic, it appears it could have been a more gradual "S". Granted, I'm only going from the pic, so I dunno.

I can understand why it stays that far away, but why did it get so close to the tranny, then go back out? It seems like it would have been a straighter shot, not to go in so far to begin with.
