I just had a Magnaflow 16829 catback installed on my 1992 Camaro Z28 convertible. I am getting headaches when I drive it now. Is it possible the pipes do not stick out far enough from the body and the exhaust is coming back over the car and into the inside when the roof is off? Any other ideas? I would hate to cut the pipes and extend them after buy a system designed for the car.

No,Those Stick Out Farther Than The Stock One's,How Loud Is The Magnaflow Maybe It's Giving You Headaches.
I agree, you've got some other problem. Throw a high quality CO detector in the car (cheap ones don't react fast enough) and then see what the level is if you really think it's exhaust fumes. Any place that can test emissions, can also smoke test the exhaust and show you all the leaks it has. Like this guy does:
Be cautious with those big tailpipes right below the bumper. I had some tips like that years ago that scraped when I was just getting off a decline or getting on an incline. The Camaro I bought to restore had tips like this too and in the bumper right above each tip there was a slight oval indentation. Whoever had the car before me had the same issue.
