American Racing Headers

Are there any members using these? They arent cheap, but they are also 304 SS and they are made well.

Im just curious as to how they fit and what the rest of the exhaust looks like. Thanks.

Re: American Racing Headers

A friend has a set but not installed yet.
several on FB have been happy and a few have had some fitment issues. So if you have fb check it out or google may pull some reviews up.
I'm wanting to grab a set myself

I think they had to stop making that as its not emissions friendly. EPA and all that BS

Re: American Racing Headers

@MrIROBZ So what's your plans past the headers? Run 2- 2.5" duals to the rear? I too looked at these headers but ended up going with Dyno Don's with his Y-pipe. I will probably use a 3" Magnaflow cat then 3" to the rear. My TPI 355 will be pushing similar numbers that Jim Hall gets (he has done my porting on TPI components).

Id do a small but nice Y pipe and then to a single 3.5" exhaust. Of course, I hadnt even started looking into termination boxes or pipemax for lengths... I dont even think it would work with this. Im lacking in education here.

Why short tubes? Packaging?

Yup - Ground clearance, packaging, easier servicing...transmission... etc.
